Quick Cook Polenta
Fine corn semolina, usually called Corn Flour, is the product obtained from the dry grinding of the floury endosperm of clean, healthy and well preserved corn kernels.
Commonly used to prepare polenta with a shorter cooking time than traditional flour.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once the container is opened, be careful to close the bag again.
